According to Reuters, North Korea dictator Kim Jong-un was receiving treatment for a cardiovascular issue, however, CNN is now reporting that the surgery that he would undergo did not go well at all. According to a U.S. official, the dictator is in a state of 'grave danger.'

Reports out there are saying that Kim has been smoking, hasn't done anything about his obesity and continues to overwork himself, and as a result, it's taken a toll on his health. The last time that Jong-un was seen out in public was on April 11.

April 15 was a national holiday for North Korea, however, Kim wouldn't make an appearance at all to celebrate -- a holiday that's not just huge for the country, but huge for Jong-un, himself personally, as it celebrates the birth of his grandfather, Kim II Sung.
